Abstract
A cable harness assembly is provided on a bicycle for guiding a disk brake control hose in accompaniment of the cable stoppers brazed on a bicycle frame. The cable harness assembly basically has a hose hanger, a hanger stopper, a stopper bushing and a hanger fixing bolt. The hose hanger includes a body portion of a first outer diameter or width and formed with a first axial bore therethrough, and a cable portion extending from the body portion. The hanger stopper of a second outer diameter or width is smaller than the first outer diameter or width. The hanger stopper is formed with a halting piece extending from the hanger stopper and a second axial bore therethrough. The stopper bushing is sandwiched between the hose hanger and the hanger stopper and formed with a third axial bore therethrough. The stopper bushing is made of a radially expandable material and has a third outer diameter or width being normally approximate to the second outer diameter or width.
