Abstract
A lithium battery comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte containing a lithium trifluoromethanesulfonimide solute and a solvent, wherein the positive electrode comprises a positive-electrode active material of boron-containing lithium-manganese complex oxide with a specific surface area of 12 to 45 m2/g.
