Abstract
MC4-R binding compounds of the formula:B—Z—E  (I)wherein B is an anchor moiety, Z is a central moiety, and E is a MC4-R interacting. moiety are discussed. Methods of using the compounds to treat MC4-R associated disorders, such as disorders associated with weight loss, are also discussed.
