Abstract
A heat-sensitive recording material comprising a heat-sensitive recording layer and a protective layer on a support, wherein the protective layer contains an acetylene glycol represented by the following formula (1): Wherein; R1 to R4 respectively represents a hydrogen atom, a branched, straight-chain or cyclic unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or an unsubstituted or substituted aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms; R5 to R8 respectively represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and n and m independently denotes an integer from 0 to 50.
