Pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidines of the formula I and their physiologically acceptable salts,in whichR1, R2, R3, R4 and X have the meanings indicated in Claim 1, exhibit phosphodiesterase V inhibition and can be employed for the treatment of disorders of the cardiovascular system and for the treatment and/or therapy of potency disorders.
