An aqueous coating material comprisingA) at least one polyester that is water-soluble or water-dispersible,B) at least one polyurethane acrylate that is water-soluble or water-dispersible,C) at least one amino resin that is itself water-soluble or water-dispersible or is water-soluble or water-dispersible in the presence of the polyester and the polyurethane acrylate,D) at least one of a color pigment, an effect pigment, a color and effect pigment, and a filler, andE) optionally at least one polyisocyanate.Also, processes for preparing and using the aqueous coating material.
