Abstract
The invention relates to compounds of formula (I) in which R5 is chosen from the group consisting of: in which R2 is a C1-C3 alkyl groupin which X may be Cl, Br, or Fin which n is between 1 and 3, in the E or Z form, or a mixture of the two isomeric forms, possessing antimitotic, antiproliferative and antivascular properties through inhibition of the polymerization of tubulin into microtubules
