Abstract
The present invention provides systems, methods, and computer program products for redirecting the output of the computer program to a remote display terminal. The systems, methods, and computer program products of the present invention provide a method by which all text on a host system may be redirected and displayed at a remote location and representations of graphical images on a host system may be redirected and displayed at a remote location. The system of the present invention includes a display management module stored on a computer-readable medium in communication with an output of the computer program and the remote display terminal. Associated with the display management module are data modules containing text and graphical representation data used by the computer program to display information. The system of the present invention also includes an output redirection handler connected between the display management module and a data communication link to the remote display terminal.
