Abstract
Disclosed is a composition for forming a coating layer, and a flat monitor panel for a display device comprising the coating layer. The composition for forming the coating layer comprises a metallic oxide particulate, a coloring agent, and a silane coupling agent. The metallic oxide particulate is at least one metallic oxide selected from the group consisting of indium tin oxide (ITO), antimony tin oxide (ATO), aluminum zinc oxide (AZO), SnO2, In2O3, and Sb2O3. The coloring agent includes an organic or an inorganic pigment, or a metal complex.
