Abstract

The invention relates to malonamide derivatives of formulawherein each of the variables are as defined herein and to pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, optically pure enantiomers, racemates and diastereomeric mixtures thereof. These compounds are γ-secretase inhibitors and may be used for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
