Abstract
It is an object to provide an organic compound that has a bipolar property and also a light emitting property, and further has heat resistance.A quinoxaline derivative represented by a general formula (1) is provided. In the formula, A represents any one of an alkylene chain, silicon (Si), oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), and sulfur (S). R1 to R8, which may be identical or different, individually represent any one of a lower alkyl group, an aryl group, and a heterocyclic group. R9 to R24, which may be identical or different, individually represent any one of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an acyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, an amino group, a dialkylamino group, a diarylamino group, a vinyl group, an aryl group which may have a substituent, and a heterocyclic group
