Abstract

This application relates to bicyclic N-aryl amides of the formulaR1 is a 1-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]octyl group, a 1-aza-bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl; R2 is an optionally sustituted 8- to 10- membered heteroaryl, naphthyl, or azulenyl group; and R3 is H or (C1C6)alkyl; or a salt, solvate, or solvate of a salt of these compounds. A process for preparing these compounds, medicaments containing them, and methods for using them in treatment are also disclosed and claimed.
