Abstract
The present invention relates to methods for treatment or prevention of neoplasia disorders using protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors of the formula I:wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, and R7 are defined herein, in combination with cyclooxygenase inhibitors, in particular cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitors.
