A compound of formula (I):wherein:R1, R2, R3, R4 are defined in the description, its enantiomers, diastereoisomers, tautomers and also addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base, and medicinal products containing the same which are useful as kinase modulators.
