Abstract
A dumping cart having an article retaining bed, a first set of wheels, a second set of wheels and a chassis. The first set of wheels is operably attached to the article retaining bed. The second set of wheels is operably attached to the chassis. The chassis is pivotally attached to the article retaining bed intermediate the first set of wheels and the second set of wheels.
