Abstract

D-Glucopyranosyl-phenyl-substituted cycles of general formula Iwherein the groups R1 to R6, Z, Cy and R7a, R7b, R7c, R7d are defined as in claim 1, have an inhibiting effect on the sodium-dependent glucose cotransporter SGLT. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of metabolic disorders.
