Abstract
A method of communication, generally, and more particularly, a method of wireless communication. The method includes the step of receiving at least data over a signaling interface. The received data may be received, for example, by a base station or base station controller. The method also includes the step of transmitting the data within a scheduling received data may also be characterized as having a frame size. The interval.
