Abstract

A sensor system for measuring the pressure in the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, by the use of which a high measuring accuracy may be achieved, based on high measuring sensitivity and great thermal stability. In addition, the construction of the sensor system makes possible great system flexibility, and particularly very space-saving installation in the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine.
