Abstract
Disclosed are compounds of the Formula Iand diastereomers, tautomers, solvates, metabolites, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein X, A, L and Y are as defined herein. Such compounds are useful in the treatment of immunoregulatory and respiratory diseases in mammals. Also disclosed are methods of using such compounds in the treatment of immunoregulatory and respiratory diseases in mammals and pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds.
