Abstract

The present invention relates to novel substituted thiophene-2-carboxamides of the general formulain which A, Ar and R1 to R5 are as defined in claim 1, their tautomers, their enantiomers, their diastereomers, their mixtures and their salts, especially their physiologically acceptable salts with inorganic or organic acids or bases, which have valuable properties.
