What is described are derivatives of benzoyl derivatives of the formula (I) and their use as herbicides.In this formula (I), R1, R2 and R3 are different radicals, X is a bridge atom selected from the group consisting of oxygen and sulfur and Het is a saturated heterocyclic group which comprises oxygen and carbon atoms.
