A compound having the general structure of Formula (I):or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, or tautomer thereof, and or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, or tautomer thereof, are useful in treating diseases, disorders, or conditions such as metabolic syndrome and dyslipidemia.
