Abstract
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which contains a compound of formulain which R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each n-butyl, where XP− is a counteranion and P is 1, 2 or 3, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient or adjuvant.
