Abstract

The present invention relates to liquid-crystalline mixtures and to novel compounds therefor, and to the use thereof in nematic liquid-crystal displays having positive dielectric anisotropy, such as, for example, STN or IPS displays, which are characterised in that they comprise one or more compounds of the formula (I) in which R1, A1, A2, Z1, Z2, n are as defined in claim (1).
