Abstract
A thread accumulation device includes a discharge chute (13) for receiving and guiding a strand that is formed by a thread take-up device and a carriage for taking up a thread spiral, guided on the discharge chute (13) and resting on the end of the strand of the side that is opposite to the thread take-up device. At the outlet of the thread take take-up device, the discharge chute (13) is equipped with a transport unit (16) that adapts to the inside shape of the discharge chute (13). The invention can be applied more particularly in the field of the textile industry, in particular the treatment of thread.
