Abstract
Provided are a silanylamine-based compound of Formula 1 and an organic light emitting diode including an organic layer having the same:wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, Ar1, Ar2, X and X′ are described herein. Embodiments of the silanylamine-based compound of Formula 1 exhibit superior electrical properties and high charge-transport properties, and can be efficiently used as hole injecting materials, hole transporting materials, and/or emitting materials suitable for phosphorescent and fluorescent organic light emitting diodes emitting light of all colors, including red, green, blue, and white. Furthermore, an organic light emitting diode having the silanylamine-based compound of Formula 1 can have high efficiency, low driving voltage, and high brightness.
