Abstract
The invention relates to compositions containing an agent that has an irritant side effect and a conditioned cell culture medium and/or of an extract thereof, for use, e.g., in the treatment of signs of inflammation and/or of immune disorders, the medium being obtainable by contact with at least one culture of digestive tract cells and at least one probiotic microorganisms.
