Abstract
The present invention relates to a compound represented by the following formula (1′)wherein R is an aldopyranose residue, R2 is a C2-18 hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s), R3 is an acyl group, X is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or —NH—, and p is an integer of 0-4, or a salt thereof.The compound of the present invention has a specific immunoregulatory ability, and is useful for the prophylaxis or treatment of autoimmune diseases and the like.
