Abstract
Device for conveying objects (1), with supporting and/or guiding means comprising two facing rails (7) situated transversely apart and parallel; at least one of said rails (7) comprises a movable rail section (12) that is adjacent to a fixed portion (13), situated upstream and/or downstream of such rail and means (17) of driving said rail section (12) are capable of moving the latter between two operating positions: a conveying position in which said rail section (12) is aligned with said fixed rail portion (13) and ensures the continuity of the rail (7) and a retracted position in which said rail section (12) is out of alignment with said fixed rail portion (13) in order to interrupt the continuity of the rail (7).
