Abstract
A particulate porous spherical titanium dioxide has a TiO2 content of at least 99.0% by weight, a particle size d50 in the range of 30 to 350 μm, a tight particle size distribution (B 90/10) in the region of a maximum of 120 μm, a pore diameter of 1 to 30 nm, a pore volume of at least 0.1 cm3/g, and a surface area of 30 to 300 m2/g (BET).
