Abstract

Drug combinations which contain a PDE4-inhibitor and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), processes for preparing them, and their use in treating in particular respiratory complaints such as COPD, chronic sinusitis, and asthma. The PDE4 inhibitors of the drug combinations include compounds of general formula 1wherein X is SO or SO2, but preferably SO, R3 is an optionally substituted, mono- or bicyclic, unsaturated, partly saturated or saturated heterocyclic group or an optionally substituted, mono- or bicyclic heteroaryl, and R1 and R2 have the meanings given in claim 1.
