Abstract
A latent heat storage device for an exhaust system of a combustion engine of a motor vehicle, with a storage body having a plurality of channels running parallel to one another, of which at least some contain a phase-changing material.The storage body is formed through a layer structure with at least two plates of which at least one is corrugated and which contact each other and are fastened to each other in such a manner that the corrugations of the at least one plate form the channels.
