Abstract
An imaging window cover and slotted hinge assembly includes a cover and first hinge members rotatably and slideably coupled to second hinge members. The cover and slotted hinge assembly enables the cover to be attached to a housing so that the cover may be located in any position between a fully covering position and a rotated and stowed position. When rotated and stowed, the cover and hinge assembly are fully located below a plane of the imaging window, and fully out of the way so that large objects may be placed over the imaging window.
