The present invention provides a compound that is represented by the following general formulawherein R1, R2, R4, R5, R6, R7, X, W, X and Y are as defined in the specification. The compounds may be administered to treat DP1, FP, EP1, TP and/or EP4 receptor mediated diseases or conditions.
