Abstract
Method, device, and storage medium for receiving a request to attach to a network from a device; obtaining a user identifier and a device identifier; identifying an enhanced type allocation code identifier based on the device identifier; storing enhanced type allocation code identifiers; determining if network access is granted or denied based on whether a correlation exists between the user identifier and the enhanced type allocation code identifier; and granting network access in response to a determination that the correlation exists between the user identifier and the enhanced type allocation code identifier.
