Abstract
The present invention provides 4-(benzimidazol-2-ylamino)benzamide derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof. The (benzimidazol-2-ylamino)benzamide derivatives are of formulawherein X, Y, Z, and Q are defined herein. Also provided herein are methods of slowing the expansion of cancer cells with these compounds.
