Abstract
Method of doing pushups employs a pair of pushup devices including at least one retainer for receiving a connection member at an end of an exercise band; an elastic exercise band is connected to a retainer of each push up device with the band over a user's back as a user pushes upwardly on the handle sections of the pushup devices
