Abstract
A medical device consists of a dual lumen catheter with three intra-connecting balloons comprising a balloon stent. The adjustable tissue approximation using negative pressure exerted between device and mucosa of stomach/esophagus/colon with improved injury site isolation via adjustable balloon stent and added potential of negative pressure application to injury site for active healing process and distal feeding potential.
