An oral dosage form, including 65 mg of minocycline, an amount of lactose monohydrate, and an amount of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. The hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is hydroxypropylmethylcellulose that is about 8.9+/−0.2% hydroxypropoxylated.
