Abstract
Provided is a gas adsorbing device that allows a gas adsorbent to sufficiently exert its gas adsorption capacity even if the gas adsorbent absorbs a gas that contains moisture.A gas adsorbing device (1) includes: a gas adsorbing member (2) including a container (5) with an opening, a gas adsorbent (6) housed in the container (5), and a sealing member (7) sealing the opening; a moisture adsorbent (3); and an outer package (4) whose inside is decompressed, the outer package (4) housing the gas adsorbing member (2) and the moisture adsorbent (3). The gas adsorbing member (2) and the moisture adsorbent (3) are arranged inside the outer package (4), such that an end portion of the gas adsorbing member (2) in its longitudinal direction and an end portion of the moisture adsorbent (3) in its longitudinal direction are adjacent to each other.
