Abstract
A method, apparatus, and computer program for selecting a communication mode for a terminal device is described herein. A communication mode is selected for a terminal device on the basis of a difference between an estimated radio channel between the terminal device and a base station and an estimated radio channel between the terminal device and another terminal device. The communication mode is selected from a group comprising a plurality of different configurations to multiplex communication over the first radio link with communication over the second radio link.
