Abstract
An ink composition, including: water; a polymerizable compound; a polymerization initiator; and a β-alkoxypropionamide compound represented by the following Formula (A):wherein, in Formula (A), R1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms; each of R2 and R3 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and R2 and R3 may be the same or different.
