The present invention relates to a new and distinctive canola, designated CE216910H. Also included are seeds of canola CE216910H, to the plants, or plant parts, of canola CE216910H and to methods for producing a canola plant produced by crossing the canola CE216910H with itself or another canola genotype, and the creation of variants by mutagenesis or transformation of canola CE216910H.
