Abstract
A dispenser dispenses portions of a roll of a double-sided sticky adhesive tape where at least one sticky side is covered by a liner. The dispenser has (i) an optional handle, (ii) a feed of the adhesive tape, mounted on a frame of the dispenser, to a first cutting apparatus A, (iii) a first cutting apparatus A, configured such that by way of the cutting operation the adhesive tape is severed at a point by the cutting apparatus without the liner being severed at the same time such that the adhesive tape is weakened such that the adhesive tape is able to be severed at the point, (iv) a second cutting apparatus B, configured such that by way of the cutting operation the adhesive tape and the liner are completely severed by the cutting apparatus, is mounted downstream of the first cutting apparatus with reference to the guiding of the adhesive tape from the roll of the adhesive tape, and (v) an application device by way of which the adhesive tape is pressed on the support and which comprises a rotatably mounted roller.
