Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for methods of using NixPty nanoparticles, and the like. In an embodiment, a method of CO2 reforming of methane is provided using supported NixPty nanoparticle material, wherein the NixPty nanoparticles have an average size of about 1.5 to 3 nm, wherein x is about 0.85 to 0.95 and y is about 0.05 to 0.15.
