Abstract
An abrasive article includes a body having an abrasive portion. The abrasive portion includes a bond material and abrasive particles located within the bond material. The body also comprises a coating coupled to and overlying at least a portion of an exterior surface of the abrasive portion. The coating has a water vapor transmission rate of not greater than about 2 g/m2-day.
