Abstract
Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device which includes an OLED array formed on a lower substrate; a touch panel attached to the lower substrate and including first and second sensor electrodes for sensing a touch and a routing line electrically connected to at least one of the first and second sensor electrodes and exposed to an upper surface of the touch panel; and a connection line electrically connecting the OLED array and the touch panel through an exposed portion of the routing line.
