Abstract
A terminal device capable of communicating with a base station device includes a reception unit which performs first measurement based on a first RS and performs second measurement based on a second RS, and a higher layer processing unit which reports a result of the first measurement and a result of the second measurement to the base station device. The result of the first measurement is reported to the base station device in a first state. The result of the first measurement or the result of the second measurement is reported to the base station device in a second state.
