Abstract
A new and distinct selection of French Hydrangea which shall be referred to hereinafter as Hydrangea macrophylla cultivar Monrey. Hydrangea macrophylla cultivar Monrey differs distinctively from other Hydrangea macrophylla plants by a unique combination of deep pink flower sepals with margins edged white, lustrous deep green foliage and foliage which turns a light burgundy color in cool weather.
