Abstract
An image generation apparatus generates an adjustment screen 300 that is for allowing a user who is wearing a head-mounted display to adjust an inter-lens distance for the head-mounted display, and causes the head-mounted display to display the adjustment screen 300. In the adjustment screen 300, disposed is a lens image (for example, a left lens image 304a and a right lens image 304b) that indicates a lens in the head-mounted display and also disposed is a pupil image (for example, the left eye image 306a and the right eye image 306b) that indicates a pupil of the user in reference to an eye tracking result.
